Science Supplies

Have your own supplies--- Don’t borrow! See me if you have a problem providing these supplies.

All classes - Have these in class every day!

• Book

• Ringbinder – must be for science only, not less than 1” thick

• Notebook Paper – no spiral edges will be accepted

• Dividers (5)

• Pens – 2 black or blue at all times

• Pencils

Chemistry & Physics students will need a calculator and must know how to use it. It is necessary to have one that allows for functions such as scientific notation, inverse, logs, square root, etc. I suggest a scientific type calculator with capabilities similar to or better than those of a TI-30. If you plan to purchase a new calculator, I suggest that you refer to the attached U.I.L. approved calculator list.

*Note--- I know how to work my calculator, but not all calculators! Read your instruction book!

Chemistry students will need two packs of blank index cards.

Biology students will need colored pencils for lab drawings. A limited supply of pencils is available in class. It would be best to provide your own.

*Other common items may be requested from certain classes from time to time.
